Design Store is a no-rush, no-pressure way to shop
for products. Whether you're just browsing or ready
to buy, you can shop anytime—from anywhere.
Go to the department that matches your needs, and
then select the category that you want to browse.
Once you've located the item you want to purchase,
check the box next to the item, and click ORDER SELECTED
ITEMS.
You can CHECKOUT right away, or CONTINUE SHOPPING.
Current items in your shopping cart can be viewed
anytime by clicking VIEW CART located at the top of
any Carelli Design Store page.
When you CHECKOUT, you will be asked for your shipping
and billing address along with payment information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other
methods of payment.
Once you type in all your information, click the
CONTINUE button to submit your order. Your order is
on its way—it’s that easy. You will receive
an email order confirmation within 48 hours. If you
didn't provide us an email address, we'll call you
within 24 hours to confirm your order. Save your order
number so you can check the status of your order later.
We recommend you print a copy of your order for reference
purposes.
Order status information concerning an order you
have already placed with the Carelli Design Store
is available via Member
Services under your account anytime 24/7. This
information is also made available by email
