Product return procedure It will be
necessary to follow our return procedures to return
product. The first step is to contact Customer Service
either by email
or by phone
to request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”)
number. The product must be returned to us within fifteen
(15) calendar days of our issuance of the RMA. In some
cases, you will receive a RMA kit that includes a pre-paid
shipping label, along with a packing slip and an instruction
sheet.
If you receive a RMA kit, the Return Merchandise Authorization
(“RMA”) packing slip will list all the items
you should return to us. The instruction sheet will
provide information on how to complete your return.
Please place the item to be returned in the original
box, including any accessories, manuals and documentation
that shipped with the product.
Reseal the original box adequately so no damage occurs
during shipment.
Place the return shipping label on the outside of
the box. Make sure that you take off the old label
or cover it completely with the new one (if you received
a RMA kit, be sure to use the pre-paid shipping label
provided).
Then, drop the package off at any UPS facility or
any location that accepts UPS packages. To find the
nearest UPS center or authorized shipping outlet location,
call 1-800-742-5877 or go to the UPS website at www.ups.com
We always recommend that you use a carrier that offers
shipment tracking capabilities for all returns, and
either insure your package for safe return to us or
declare the full value of the shipment so that you
are completely protected if the shipment is lost or
damaged in transit. If you do not use a carrier that
offers tracking, and insure or declare the full value
of the product, you will be responsible for any loss
or damage to the product during shipping. Please note
that we do not recommend returning products via the
United States Postal Service (USPS). The USPS offers
limited tracking capabilities and there is a 30-calendar-day
waiting period before they will initiate a trace for
lost packages.
Refund process
If you are expecting a refund for returned merchandise,
allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to seven
(7) business days to process your refund. Credit for
returned merchandise will be refunded by the original
method of payment, such as a credit card account.
